Description

A real accomplishment for La Cornue, fusing all of the qualities of our larger models within a more compact format.

The Château 120 offers the exclusive advantages of the La Cornue vaulted oven, one gas, and the other electric. The hob is built exclusively with stainless steel parts. By playing on decreasing heat zones, the large solid cast iron hot plate makes it possible to juggle several saucepans at once. You may equip it, according to your needs, with automatic ignition 4 kW solid brass burners and a grill, an electric plate or even a ceramic hob, etc.

If you do not like any of our 25 coloured enamels, we can ask one of our artists to create the design of your choice.
