Cornuchef hobs Our Cornuchef hobs ( 90 or 135 cm) offer exactly the same functions as our kitchen ranges: powerful solid brass automatic ignition burners or electric plates. La Cornue Château hobs always add a very professional touch, whether they are fitted to their own specific base, to a kitchen cabinet or built into a working surface. The 135 cm model has lateral side tables in stainless steel, very useful for resting hot dishes.
