Spectacular and affordable, statuesque while blending in perfectly with modern kitchens, the Flamberge Centenaire is a traditional upright roasting spit equipped with the latest technical features guaranteed to make installation and use as simple as possible.
Ignition is now fully automatic. The easily adjustable nature of the appliance means that it is a simple  task to separate and space out the spits even during cooking, with three positions guaranteeing the consistent rotation of the joints during the cooking process. Positioned at just the right distance from the heat source, the meat gains in succulence, as it is basted with its own juices.
The new enamelled, protective and removable grills guarantee efficiency, safety and protection, avoiding any risk of the spit slipping out of its retainer slot.
The improved performance of the burners has made it possible to significantly improve energy consumption. Installation is now simpler and less restrictive thanks to enhanced insulation at the back of the Flamberge in addition to improved heat evacuation without generating CO2 emissions.
