The Flamberge According to Brillat-Savarin, one may become a cook, but one must be born a roaster. The La Cornue Flamberge is an authentic vertical roasting spit that ensures that meat, poultry and fish are perfectly roasted in the open air. The intensity of the flame and the distance of the piece of meat may be easily adjusted. You may roast up to 4 chickens simultaneously or skewer very large pieces of meat. The La Cornue Flamberge may be made to measure in order to function with gas or electricity.  |
