Wash and peel the vegetables
Cut the vegetables into large pieces and place them in the casserole dish
Sprinkle with olive oil, add salt, thyme and a few bay leaves
Cover and cook in the oven at 150°C for 2 to 3 hours
Prick the vegetables to see if they are cooked
