2017 - Matthew Quinn
La Cornue® worked with Matthew Quinn, an international figure in design and architecture, to rework the design and elements of Château in a version where alignment and symmetry are very important.
To achieve this, he has:
- Created a brand new design and therefore a new range of enamels.
- Defined a new symmetry both for the cooker and the cooktop
- Reworked the cooker's finishes: special handles, brand plate in the centre of the range cooker, elongated oven handles and refined frames.
In creating this new design, Matthew Quinn wanted to preserve the heritage, history and quality of Château, the hallmark of La Cornue®. The technical specificities are therefore identical to Château. This new version is available in 2 sizes: Château 150 (cooktop KM, K1ou K2) and Château 180 (cooktop NM, N1, N2).
