Beurre noisette
40 g
Farine
80 g
Crème liquide
20 cl
Sucre
50 g
Instructions
  1. Préchauffer le four à 175°C
  2. Dans un saladier, mélanger les œufs, le sucre, la farine, la crème et le beurre noisette jusqu’à ce que la préparation soit bien lisse
  3. Beurrer et sucrer le moule
  4. Répartir les cerises puis ajouter la préparation
  5. Cuire environ 35 minutes
