Instructions
  1. Sur la broche, alterner les légumes en intercalant des branches d'herbes aromatiques.
  2. Arroser abondamment de jus de citron et d'huile d’olive puis saler.
  3. Cuire environ 30 minutes au feu minimum puis l’augmenter en fin de cuisson afin d’avoir une belle coloration.
