Sautéed Squid, Gochujang & Vegetables

A quick and vibrant dish of tender squid and crisp vegetables, enhanced with the bold, spicy flavor of gochujang and finished with fresh coriander.
- Teppanyaki
Ingredients
Squid
150 g per person, cut into rings or strips
White zucchini (cut on a bias)
1 for 2 people
Carrots (cut into sticks)
1 per person
Spicy gochujang
20 g per person
Olive oil and/or fresh butter
Directions
- Preheat your Teppanyaki to setting 6. It should be very hot for this recipe.
- Lightly oil or butter the surface, then sauté the vegetables. Season with salt.
- When the vegetables are almost cooked, add the squid, with a little more oil if needed.
- Sauté for about 3 minutes, or longer if the squid pieces are thick.
- Add the gochujang, mix well, then serve with fresh coriander.
